Cancellation and Refund Policy
At LetMeSketch.in, we are committed to providing high-quality digital sketches and personalized artwork to our customers. Since our products are custom-made digital items, we follow a strict cancellation and refund policy as outlined below.
Order Cancellation
Once an order is placed and the sketching process has begun, we do not allow cancellations under any circumstances. Our artists start working on your personalized sketch shortly after the order is received.
If you wish to request cancellation, you must contact us within 24 hour of placing the order. After that, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Refund Policy
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 business days.
As our sketches are customized digital products, we do not offer refunds once the order has been processed and delivered.
However, if you receive a damaged file or if the sketch was not delivered to your email/WhatsApp, we will gladly re-send the correct file at no additional cost.
In rare cases, if we are unable to deliver your order within the promised time, a full refund will be processed automatically.
